A desk with nothing on it but a screen. The PC is hiding in the stand.
Tiny-in-One is the answer to cluttered front desks, classroom labs and clinics: a ThinkVision display with a ThinkCentre Tiny PC docked inside the stand. One power cable, one clean look, and a PC you can swap in ten seconds. We supply them in bulk from Dubai.
Once you have seen a Tiny-in-One desk, a normal desk looks messy.
Picture a reception counter. Monitor, a PC under the desk, a power brick, a display cable, a USB hub, and a nest of wires the cleaner keeps pulling out. Now picture the same counter with one screen, one power cable, and nothing else. That is a Tiny-in-One.
The clever part is the modularity. The ThinkCentre Tiny PC slides into a bay in the monitor stand. Need more power in three years? Pull the Tiny out, slide the new one in, keep the display. A PC dies? Swap it in ten seconds and the receptionist is back at work before the queue notices. Try that with a sealed all-in-one.
What we do: quote the display and the Tiny together as one desk unit, in the quantity you need, confirmed with the Lenovo channel and delivered from Dubai. For schools, clinics and branches that means one line on the purchase order per desk. Simple.
Six places we see it work best
If your project matches one of these, TIO should be on the shortlist.
Reception & front desks
Customers see a clean counter, not cables. Hotels, clinics, corporate lobbies.
Classrooms & computer labs
Rows of identical desks, nothing to kick under the table, and a PC IT can swap during break time.
Clinics & nursing stations
Easy to wipe down, minimal cabling, and the PC can be replaced without calling a technician.
Bank & service counters
A tidy, secure desk where the PC is not sitting on the floor next to the customer’s feet.
Hot desks & shared spaces
Every desk identical; staff just sit down and log in.
Kiosks & retail back office
Compact footprint where floor space costs money.
The two halves of a Tiny-in-One desk
You order the display and the Tiny PC. We quote them together and confirm compatibility before anything ships.
| Part | Models we quote | What to specify | Good to know |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tiny-in-One display | TIO 22 Gen 5, TIO 24 Gen 5 (touch versions on request) | Size (21.5" or 23.8"), touch or non-touch, webcam option | Height-adjustable stand, built-in speakers on most models, VESA-capable |
| ThinkCentre Tiny PC | M70q Gen 5, M90q Gen 5 | Processor tier, RAM, SSD, OS, Wi-Fi | M90q adds vPro manageability for regulated environments |
| Peripherals | Lenovo keyboard & mouse sets, USB-C docks if needed | Wired or wireless | Added as line items on the same quotation |
| Bundle | TIO + Tiny + keyboard/mouse | Quantity per site | One line per desk on your PO if you prefer |

Not sure which compact format you need?
Three formats, three different trade-offs. All-in-One is the most elegant but the PC is sealed inside. Small Form Factor is the most flexible but it is still a box on the desk. Tiny-in-One sits in the middle: it looks like an AIO and behaves like a modular desktop.
If you want the honest rule of thumb: choose TIO when the desk is customer-facing or shared and you expect to refresh the PC before the screen. Choose AIO when appearance matters most and the machine will be replaced whole. Choose SFF when you might add cards or drives later.
- Looks like a single unit from the front
- PC module replaceable in seconds
- Display outlives two generations of PC
- Same Tiny PCs also mount behind any ThinkVision monitor

Straight answers before you send the enquiry
What exactly is a Tiny-in-One?
It is a ThinkVision monitor with a bay built into the stand. A ThinkCentre Tiny PC slides into that bay, connects through a single internal connector, and the whole thing becomes one unit with one power cable. From the front it looks like just a monitor.
How is it different from an All-in-One?
In an All-in-One the PC is sealed inside the screen. In a Tiny-in-One the PC is a separate module you can pull out, upgrade or replace in about ten seconds without touching the monitor. That is why IT teams like it for fleets: swap the Tiny, keep the screen.
Which Tiny models fit?
Current ThinkCentre M70q and M90q Tiny units fit the current TIO Gen 5 displays. If you already have Tiny units, tell us the model and we will confirm compatibility before quoting the monitors.
Can you supply the Tiny and the TIO together?
Yes, and that is the most common way we quote it: display plus Tiny as one desk unit, plus keyboard and mouse, in the quantity you need. One line item per desk if you prefer.
Who is it for?
Reception desks, clinics, classrooms, bank counters, hotel front desks, shared hot desks and anywhere the desk is visible to customers or students and cables are a problem.
Can you export TIO units from Dubai?
Yes, within the regions we serve. They ship as monitor plus Tiny, so we pack and document them accordingly. Tell us the destination and quantity and we will confirm the logistics on the quotation.
How many desks need to disappear behind a screen?
Send the site, the quantity and whether you need touch. We quote display and Tiny together, confirmed and ready to ship.
